The Party’s Here!
Tie a bunch of balloons to the letterbox so it is easy for your guests to find. Also so your Entertainer can entertain at the right house!
-
When should the entertainer arrive?
Two great options, it really depends on the length of your party.
- If face painting is included, then we suggest we arrive at the start of the party and paint the birthday child first and then continue as the guest arrive. As we know not everyone arrives on time and that works to your advantage as the children are not waiting in a line to have their faces painted.
- 30minutes after the start of your party to allow for guests to arrive.
-
What do I need to provide for the entertainer?
We bring just about everything we need with us; you just need to supply the children.
If face painting is included then please supply two chairs. A shaded, cleared and safe place for the entertainer to set up.
-
When is the best time to eat?
We suggest having some party food at the start for children to nibble on, and then while the entertainer is performing it is best to refrain from bringing food out as this can interrupt our program. When the entertainer has left is the ideal time to serve the main party food. (This also helps take up the last half hour of the party so you don’t have to plan extra activities).
-
When is the best time to bring out the cake?
The last half hour is ideal as this takes the attention of the entertainer leaving and lets us disappear with ease.
-
What if you are expecting more than 20 children?
Parties with more than 20 children may require an additional character at an extra cost.
This ensures the party to run smoothly and we are able to treat all of your guests to our Funtabulous Party Experience and no one misses out on activities like face painting.
